Hi,

The reason is that the quota validity period has got split in configuration table between till 31.12.2014 and a new validity exists from 01.01.2015 till 31.12.9999.

Now, you are trying to create a record from 01.01.2014 till 31.12.9999. This is the reason you are getting this error.

If you don't split it in configuration table, it will allow you to create the records. This is standard SAP functionality.
