Thanks for your response. But as per my knowledge, I think this is the procedure followed in order to get the Regulatory Bulletins updated for the BSI TUBS.

Actually I want to go for the Cyclic Upgrade from Cyclic level B to D. Can you please provide any details for the Cyclic upgrade?
