I truly appreciate your help but I am not having an issue with displaying the description when the parameter value is 0-ALL, 100026-CCH6, etc. That is Formula 1, in my original post. I am having an issue with using the Global variable array in the Record Selection formula that is created in Formula 2. I tried hard to document that clearly in my original post.
