I have a question on email signature
I am on SAP 9 PL12. I have OI installed. I also have SBOMailer installed
I have SAP email signature configured under administration >> system initialization >> email settings
I click email icon in SAP. SAP send message screen pop-up
Now, if I uncheck send by MS outlook, this message will be sent out by SBOMailer. And I can have my signature under "email settings" in the email
If I check off send by MS outlook, this message will be sent out by Outlook (I can see the email in MS outlook "Send"). But regardless what I put to the "email settings", the signature will NOT be attached. I have signature in MS outlook, this signature will not be attached either.
Is there a way I can send out email in SAP through outlook integration, meanwhile I can have a signature on it?
We want to see the email in outlook "send". So send through SBOMailer is not an option.
We don't want to make the email function too many steps. Just open the document, click email icon, attach the document to the send message screen, click send. We want this email has a signature from SAP.
Is this doable? I did some research and found few topics. But they are all not answered. I don't see any solution on it yet
