I've got Ingo Hilgefort's book from Amazon (referenced above). I haven't read it cover to cover, but it has been great as a reference for specific items. I think the Kindle version is a really good value for $9.99. However, if you are looking to create custom components, there isn't a lot there for you. It does a good job of touching most everything else. I'd suggest browsing the table of contents on Amazon when you can access it, and see if it covers the topics you are interested in learning. If so, I highly recommend it.
